Hygiene and cleaning
The breakfastbuffét's charcuterieand cheeses are delivered sliced and sorted directly to the hotel, as to ensure excellent hygiene. Coffee, tea and juice is stored in simple easy to clean dispensers to heighten hygiene, and to ensure none of the flavor goes to waste. In sense going back to basics, rather than using fancy machines which are hard to clean, preserving the simplicity of things allows for a much more desirable end-result, which is to ensure the good health and happiness of our guests.
